Mr. Resendez is an associate litigation attorney at Clausewitz Reyes. Mr. Resendez represents clients in a wide spectrum of business and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, complex contractual issues, business torts, fiduciary‑duty claims, injunction actions, and fraud in a wide variety of industries

Before joining Clausewitz Reyes, Mr. Resendez gained hands‑on experience across multiple areas of civil litigation through internships and clerkships with several San Antonio firms. He began his career with this firm as a post‑bar clerk in August 2025 and was promoted to associate attorney after passing the Texas Bar in October 2025. His background blends years of client interaction with strong legal research and early trial advocacy experience, grounding his approach to litigation.

Mr. Resendez’s path to the legal profession is grounded in discipline, leadership, and service. He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2020, working his way into a management role at H‑E‑B during his undergraduate studies. At St. Mary’s University School of Law, he was elected to the Student Bar Association all three years and completed extensive pro bono work, graduating with a Pro Bono and Public Service Award.
