s. Irwin is a transactional business attorney at Clausewitz Reyes, where she partners with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and growing companies to structure, scale, and safeguard their ventures. Her practice is rooted in strategic counsel across entity formation and dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and select oil and gas matters. Known for her sharp legal insight and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, Sarah is a go-to advisor for clients navigating complex business landscapes.
Beyond her legal work, Sarah is deeply invested in strengthening her community through mentorship and leadership. She serves as Co-Chair of Emerge and Rise, Inc., a nonprofit small business accelerator supporting underrepresented founders in San Antonio. In addition to her board role, Sarah regularly leads legal education sessions and offers mentorship to help entrepreneurs build strong, compliant foundations for success.
She also sits on the board of Service Dogs for Kids, Inc., a nonprofit that connects children and young adults with psychiatric service dogs trained to provide life-changing support.
As the Co-Founder of Luke’s Lodge and Dog Training, Sarah brings entrepreneurial empathy to her legal practice. Her experience building and running a business grounds her counsel in real-world perspective, and a healthy dose of heart.
Sarah’s legal and leadership accomplishments have earned her recognition across both the nonprofit and business sectors. She was named a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2022 and 2023.
